1. AGREEMENT
By accessing and using www.oritemplates.com, and purchasing or recommending our products, you are agreeing to follow our terms of service and policies. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services, means you are restricted from using, accessing or purchasing from the Ori Templates website. You are also restricted from promoting products from Ori Templates. The content and materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. TEMPLATE AND MOCK-UP LICENSING
By purchasing and using a template or Mock-Up, you agree to the following license rules:

Individual License:
For individuals and small studios of up to three employees. Mockups can be used for portfolio on your website and social media, as well as PDF portfolios. It can not be used by end client to promote their products, nor used by any form of advertising of products be it paid self-promotion, nor the paid reach of other products and services.

Studio License:
For small and large studios and advertising agencies up to 5.000 employees. Mockups can be used for portfolio on your website and social media, as well as PDF portfolios. It can not be used by client company to promote their products and services, nor any other sort of product advertisement/campaign. It can, however, be used by the studio/agency itself to promote their services via paid reach and other forms of self-promotion.

Corporate/Commercial License:
This license is for final clients and/or companies of up to 50.000 employees looking to promote/advertise their work.Use it to advertise products and services, create multi-lingual marketing campaigns and public relations. When used for campaigns, ssage is limited to one campaign, that can last no more than 1 year after being published. For paid reach and promoted products, usage is limited to 10m views. Get in touch if you need to expand those numbers.

What’s Not Allowed:
Some common guidelines and limitations apply: While using Ori Templates, you cannot do the following: Sell or redistribute any code, instructional videos or course content. Claim ownership of any code, design, styles or assets. Copy and offer any sections on a similar service or store. Include any Oritemplates code as part of a theme or template being distributed or sold.  By using a Oritemplates you are agreeing to abide by the license issued when purchased.

5. ACCESS TO PRODUCT
By using the Ori Templates checkout you agree to have your information shared with Teachable Inc. in order to access the product materials.

Only the purchaser whose name is on the customer account may log in to the Ori Templates school on Teachable. Passwords are a technological protection measure and cannot be shared with any other individual. Giving access to the product materials to another person will result in the deletion of the student account with no refund.

Creating multiple accounts using a different email in order to take advantage of promotional discounts is prohibited and will result in a banning of future purchases by that individual.

6. DISCLAIMER
The materials on the Ori Templates Teachable website are provided 'as is'. The School makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the School does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

The materials appearing on the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

It is recommended that you have knowledge of the Shopify platform, CSS, HTML and Javascript before adding a Ori Template to a website. By using OriTemplates, you acknowledge and agree that you are coding at your own risk. Ori Templates and other contributors take no responsibility for any damages or issues caused to any website through use of our sections. By using Ori Templates, you acknowledge and agree that the sections may not work perfectly on every Shopify theme, and that we cannot guarantee that apps will not interfere with the sections. By using Ori Templates, you acknowledge and agree that the sections may not work perfectly on every screen size. Sections have been tested on desktop screens up to 16" and multiple mobile screen sizes. Larger or irregular screen sizes may require additional CSS to display correctly. Product support is not available for these compatibility issues.

7. INSTALLATION SERVICE
To receive your installation service, you must provide your email, the Shopify store URL address, the store collaborator 4-digit request code, the exact name of the theme you would like it installed on as it appears in your store, and instructions of where the section should be installed on the page. This must be provided within 30 days of purchase, otherwise the installation request will expire and no refund will be given. Once all required information is provided, sections will be installed within 2 business days after store collaborator permissions are given. We will never ask for your personal login details to install a section.8. SUPPORTProduct support for templates is available within the first 30 days after purchase. During the support period, we can help with:Issues with the original section design.Access to your Teachable account.
We cannot help with:Installation or configuration for themes not listed as compatible in the product description.Issues or outages on the Shopify platform itself.Custom code to modify a Ori Template or your store.
Incompatibility issues between apps and the sections.

9. RETURN POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason. Any refund requests related to user error (such as not fully reading a product's description or not confirming the compatibility of your Shopify theme), conflicting third-party codes, or simply not wanting the product anymore do not warrant a refund.

10. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
By joining and participating in the Ori Templates affiliate program, you agree to the terms on the Affiliate Program page and your partner dashboard. If in doubt of the terms, please email hi@oritemplates.com before using your affiliate link. Commission fees are subject to change at any time and notification will be given by email 14 days in advance. Affiliates are restricted from using their own coupon code, or the coupon code of any other affiliate. If coupon abuse is found, these purchases will be invalidated and therefore a commission will not be paid for these orders. Ori Templates reserves the right to remove any individual from the affiliate program at any time, for any reason.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Features and prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products or services without notice at any time. The code for templates may be altered for the purpose of improvements at any time. We are not responsible for keeping copies of previous versions for customer use.

12. LEGAL
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the italian law and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Ori Themes and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
